• We offer a competitive salary and benefits package. Eligible employees are also entitled to a profit share and a personal performance-based bonus (these are based on company and personal performance). If you do a good job, your efforts will be rewarded.

• Saving for something big? Our save as you earn scheme means you can save for the things that are important to you – a deposit for a first home, major home renovations, holidays and weddings. It allows you to save a fixed amount (between £5 and £500 each month for three years) and then at the end of the contract you have the opportunity to buy shares in Hiscox Ltd at a price that was fixed at the outset (the share price discounted by 20%) or take your full savings in cash.
