Job overview
As the Growth Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand visibility for our Insurance Brands - Gambit Insurance Solutions and Mode Insurance.
You will collaborate with sales, marketing, and creative teams to optimise campaigns, manage partnerships, and deliver measurable results.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, excellent project management abilities, and expertise in digital marketing, partnerships, and data analysis.

Key responsibilities
Your key responsibilities in this role:
Growth Strategy & Campaign Management
- Develop and implement growth strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue – ultimately increasing our inbound leads and conversion rates from partnerships and marketing campaigns.
- Tailor acquisition campaigns and execute for:
- Mode Insurance: Grow the Mode Insurance brand through digital marketing, partnerships, and social media to drive new online customers from the freelance and creative industries. Drive website traffic and generate leads by collaborating with the sales and marketing teams.
- Gambit Insurance: Expand the charity client base via digital marketing and partnerships in coordination with the sales and marketing teams.
Partnership Development & Networking
- Actively manage partnerships for the businesses, including associations, networks, small businesses, influencers, and other stakeholders to amplify reach.
- Create structured marketing plans and develop performance tracking for the partnerships.
- Represent Gambit at conferences, exhibitions, and industry events to build relationships and promote offerings.
Paid Advertising & Conversion Optimisation
- Design, execute, and optimise paid ad campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads to maximise ROI.
- Apply A/B testing and audience targeting experiments to improve acquisition outcomes and conversion rates.
- Analyse data and market trends to inform campaign adjustments and strategy refinements.
Brand Awareness & Representation
- Lead brand awareness initiatives to enhance visibility and loyalty within target demographics.
- Collaborate with the creative team to maintain cohesive brand messaging across acquisition channels.
- Plan and execute sponsorships, awards participation, and viral marketing campaigns to boost exposure.
- Manage website projects, including updates and redesigns, to align with acquisition goals.
- Oversee social media strategy and execution to increase engagement and brand interaction.
Knowledge, skills and abilities

- Project Management: Skilled at overseeing multiple initiatives, meeting deadlines, and staying within budget.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to create data-driven, actionable strategies for growth.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Proficiency in paid ads, social media, and website management.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data, analyse trends, and measure ROI.
- Communication & Teamwork: Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Creative Problem-Solving: Innovative approach to tackling challenges and identifying growth opportunities.
- Demonstrable track record of Success: with growth campaigns, marketing campaigns, establishing and growing successful commercial partnerships
- Experience in insurance desirable, but not necessary
- Startup or high-growth company experience is strongly preferred.
