What you’ll be doing
Reporting to the Head of Change & Special Projects, as a Senior Portfolio Change Manager you’ll contribute towards the Change team’s objective: to maximise returns on the yearly Change Portfolio / Transformation Board investment.
To achieve this objective, you’ll be responsible for monitoring value generated by Transformation Board initiatives and preparing quarterly performance statements. You’ll also lead discussions with Executives & the leadership group, articulating the value of the Change Portfolio, and facilitating decision-making by mapping opportunities and risks. Additionally, you’ll assess new investment cases and conduct periodic project health checks, ensuring alignment with Change Portfolio objectives.
You will also support the hands-on delivery of some of Brit’s most exciting projects by working closely with the Special Projects team.
In this role you’ll thrive if you are accountable, energetic, and excel at building strong relationships with colleagues, actively solving problems and removing barriers to ensure timely delivery.
We welcome everyone wholeheartedly
We’ve got a truly diverse, genuinely inclusive work environment. We comfortably and confidently bring our whole selves to work, because we know we’ll be respected, valued and accepted whoever we are. Our Employee Resource groups are safe spaces for people to share their experiences, aspirations and suggestions about how we do things.
