What the day will look like
As a Consultant you will be responsible for;
- Advising clients on Aon’s Assessment Solutions’ products and testing systems
- Managing clients and projects independently
- Set up and administration of virtual assessment centres, surveys and psychometric tests
- Supporting Senior Consultants in projects in selection and development
- Supporting the commercial team on pitches, proposals and work orders
- Demonstrating our tools to clients
- Designing and implementing client solutions including but not limited to:
- Design: Assessment or Development Methodologies & Tools, Situational Judgement Questionnaires, Realistic Job Previews, Bespoke Reporting, Competency Frameworks
- Assessment: Pre-Assessment, Online Assessments, Interviews, Assessment Centres
- Development: Development Centres, Providing Psychometric Feedback
- Technical: Systems Integration, Statistical Analysis, Solutions Testing

Skills and experience that will lead to success
- MSc in Occupational Psychology or equivalent
- Proven workplace experience
- Strong understanding of psychometrics
- An interest in the technology and technical aspects of online assessment and systems
- Flexibility to travel as required
- Analytical, organised work style and a natural problem-solver
- Strong attention to detail, customer focus, and a drive to get things done
- Desire to develop themselves and collaborate with others
- Experience with HR system integrations is desirable
