This role is a key position within a fast-paced Working Capital Team
responsible for managing the Lock Up of the IFPD Practice across a
number of locations with varied requirements and processes. The
successful candidate will be responsible for managing the flow of
billings in line with agreed targets. The role will require the team
to maximise fee billings and working with some of the company's key
clients and Senior Partners.
Key Responsibilities
Support the billing team and help them with organisational skills
and sharing workloads.
Create accurate and easy to read month end information for
delivery to all Partners
Hold meetings with Partners to discuss and resolve issues,
including documenting actions and arranging follow up meetings with
regular communications, escalating issues to their line manager
Produce daily billing position, advice on deadlines and address
issues as required
Oversee training & set up of new starters
Create and maintain a library of "How to" guides
encompassing all clients and tasks
Redistribute work during periods of absence according to priority
Manage escalation process for noncompliance, eg late return of
bills, pro formas not converted
Act as subject matter expert on ebilling systems and champion
cross training across the team
