Role Description and About You
We are seeking an MDM (IBM) Developer who is passionate about customer ‘party’ data to join our long lived Master & Reference Data Management (M&RDM) team. You will have hands on experience of working with Master Data Management to support a single view of the customer for operational and analytical exploitation. Alongside deep technical skills with IBM MDM Infosphere Advanced Edition, you will be a good communicator with a passion for working with data and technology.
Key Responsibilities
In this role you will lead the deployment of IBM MDM including working with stakeholders to tune the probabilistic matching engines (PME) for individual customer and organisations, alongside developing post processing rules. You will take the lead on IBM MDM upgrades and support the customisations of our Stewardship Centre. As a member of our cross-functional long lived team you will gain exposure to other technologies which will support our MDM capability and allow personal growth. Your work will be critical in maintaining the integrity of our data and supporting data-driven decision-making, and key to our Transformation journey which puts digital, data and the customer at the heart of our solutions.
