We have an opportunity for a Learning and Development Advisor to join our HR team on a 12-month fixed-term contract here at Tokio Marine Kiln. You will report into the Learning and Development Manager and will be responsible for design, delivery and programme management.
The role involves overall management of Early Careers Programmes – including leading on the design and implementation of the programmes, oversight and organisation of rotations, managing relationships with apprenticeship and qualifications providers, providing support and guidance to line and rotation managers, oversight of performance management and feedback approach for graduates and apprentices, designing and deliver induction programme.
Supporting the L&D Manager, you will assist to drive the Performance Management process including delivering training and information sessions on our performance management and feedback approach.
You will facilitate training modules including new hire inductions, teambuilding, performance management, feedback training sessions and other ad-hoc business requests.
The role also involves overseeing the Professional Studies sponsorship programme and process and supporting the L&D Coordinator and help resolve or escalate queries from the TMK Learning inbox if needed.
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated learning professional who has demonstrable experience in both the design and delivery of programmes, as well as, supporting the wider business from a strategic and forward-thinking approach. The successful candidate will have strong organisational and programme management skills. Experience administering an LMS (ideally Workday) is essential.
