Summary
To carry out all aspects of the insurance broking role, within set parameters, to ensure high levels of customer service are delivered at all times to clients, insurers, colleagues and supplier
Key Responsibilities
- To provide a high level of customer service to Yutree's SME and corporate clients at all times in writing, over the telephone and face to face
- To manage all renewal, new, mid-term and occassional claims work, as required
- To support the directors with all aspects of their direct client work including attending meetings where required
- To provide business reports as required
- Acturis - to keep electronic files up to date, in order and all work tasked/diaried there accordingly
- To take on extra responsibilities from time to time as required by the business
Person Specification
Qualifications & Training
- Educated to GCSE level with Maths and English at Grade C or above
- Minimum of Cert CII
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office
- Educated to A Level standard (desirable)
- DipCII or ACII (desirable)
- Working knowledge of Acturis (desirable)
- Full clean driving licence (desirable)
Experience
- At least 3 years' experience in a commercial insurance environment
- Specific broking, underwriting and/or commercial claims experience (desirable)
- Experience of dealing with clients face to face (desirable)
