We have an opportunity for a permanent Claims Operations Analyst to join our Claims department here at Tokio Marine Kiln. You will report to the Claims Operations Reporting Manager and will provide general operational support to the Claims team, assisting with claims projects where required, and supporting the team through change.
The role includes responsibility for:
- Provision of assistance to the Claims Operations Reporting Manager in the following areas: issue resolution, provision of NCD data, monitoring and reporting on trends and analysis and ensuring delivery of outcomes from the wider Claims team.
- Identifying and investigating data quality issues and pursuing through to resolution
- Delivery, through personal ownership and via the team, of a first-class service to all customers.
- Small-scale process analysis and improvement; designing and implementing processes adhering to regulatory and audit requirements.
- Producing and analysing claims data reports for internal and external audiences.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ownership of objectives to assist delivery of the TMK Claims Business Plan, including personal training and development.
- Championing the company values and work in accordance with the organisational behaviours.
- To be aware of and comply with the relevant rules and regulations in relation to financial crime & conduct.
The successful candidate will have a General London Market insurance background with knowledge and understanding of the workings of the Lloyd’s market, including the delegated market. You will also understand market practices, and will be organised with high attention to detail.
