DE&I Specialist
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the DE&I Specialist plays a crucial role in leading our organisation through an exciting period of growth and transformation. Your role will see you design, establish and implement a DE&I strategy globally, consistently emphasising our progressive culture of tolerance, acceptance and the importance of DE&I initiatives throughout the organisation. As a DE&I Leader, your collaborative approach will enable you to build strong relationships with all colleagues, from new starters, senior managers and directors to drive cultural change
About the role
- Collaborating with the HR team, Senior managers and Directors to create and implement an ongoing strategy for DE&I, taking into consideration industry and regulatory requirements across all CFC locations.
- Design innovative solutions to DE&I including training, internal policies and procedures, data collection, attraction and retention
- Seeking the latest market research to support and enhance the companies DE&I strategy and external positioning
- Chair global DE&I committee and have oversight in internal employee resource groups, considering their effectiveness and implementing change to enhance their offering
- Collaborating with eternal networks and partnerships to support our DE&I initiatives
- Ownership of DE&I budget spend globally
About you
- A true passion for diversity, equity and inclusion
- Knowledge of DEI, ESG and people-related regulatory requirements within Financial Services, ideally the Lloyds Insurance Market
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, exceptional organisational skills, and keen attention to detail
- Experience of building relationships with senior business stakeholders including C-suite
- A creative, solution-focused approach
