Overview
Gallagher Re is implementation a Transformation portfolio consisting of various projects. These solutions will bring significant change to colleagues’ ways of working, involving process, tools, platforms, and potentially elements of role responsibilities.
As a Change Manager your primary responsibility will be developing and implementing change management strategies with plans that maximise employee adoption, usage and mitigate resistance. You will support and lead elements of planning, scoping, and delivery of transformational projects. This includes stakeholder management, communications, change impact analysis, business readiness and deployment planning, and training needs assessment with training development and delivery.
How you'll make an impact
- Build and own operational change implementation plans
- Conduct change impact analysis and business/ops readiness assessment
- Organisation and Operating Model design (including roles & responsibilities)
- Process & Procedure design
- Integrate change management activities into project plans
- Create actionable deliverables for change management levers
- Identify, analyse, and prepare risk mitigation tactics
- Identify and manage anticipated resistance
- Consult and coach project teams
- Communication design, planning and execution
- Stakeholder management and engagement
- Coordinate efforts with other specialists
- Training Impact analysis, design and delivery
- Evaluate and ensure user readines
- Accreditation / Testing and monitoring
- Change management support at the organisational level
- Go-live business readiness/Post-live business support
- Define adoption measurement against success factors/KPIs and monitor change progress and report issues
About you
- Previous experience with Salesforce or Insurance/(Re)Insurance Broking/Placement Platforms
- Experience with Data Strategy, Governance and Management
- Knowledge and understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
- Experience of change management principles, methodologies and tools
- Ability to establish, build/balance and maintain strong relationships through all levels and roles
- Able to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
- A Team player and able to work collaboratively across functions and teams at all levels of the organisation
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
- Problem solving and root cause identification skills
- Builds an environment for problem solving and continuous improvements within team and service operations
- Shares business insights, experience and change management expertise
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
