A fantastic opportunity to join an evolving HR team in a very varied and challenging role, using a broad range of skills that incorporates all aspects of HR. You will connect with stakeholders across all HR functions and the wider Lloyd’s infrastructure. Putting your skills of stakeholder and project management to great use.
Principal Accountabilities
- Support the effective execution of change activities across HR, ensuring prioritisation is in line with HR and business strategy
- Operational delivery of effective and cost-efficient HR initiatives / processes
- Ensure HR processes are documented and reviewed as appropriate
- Maintain process / HR documentation to ensure it is up to date, including a HR change and BAU calendar
- Support HR budgeting activity
- Operational delivery of the HR risk and audit agenda ensuring the HR risk profile is clearly documented and managed ensuring HR adhere to Lloyd’s governance frameworks
- Ensure HR risks, issues and events are tracked and reported
- Deliver effective 1st line controls across HR with effective control testing
- Support HR data reporting
- Development and maintenance of the HR intranet pages – ensuring content is relevant and easy to find
- Operational involvement in HR supplier management to support the delivery of the wider HR strategy
- Support good business decisions by managing competing priorities and multiple stakeholders
- Act as a key HR interface with procurement, IT, Change, Finance and Risk/audit
- Provide day to day operational and administrative support to the Head of HR
