Win as a Team:
The Cyber Awareness Analyst sits within Security Strategy, Architecture & Portfolio Security and supports the delivery of cyber awareness activities that help build and sustain a strong cyber security culture across the organisation. The role reports to the Director, Security Strategy, Architecture & Portfolio Security, with day-to-day task management provided by the Cyber Awareness Specialist.
You’ll make an impact by:
- Support delivery of cyber awareness campaigns and colleague communications
- Help create and maintain security training, education and behaviour change materials
- Assist with phishing simulations and targeted awareness activities
- Develop clear, engaging content for different business audiences
- Promote secure behaviours and reinforce policy and good practice through day-to-day awareness activity
- Support the coordination of awareness events, campaigns and engagement initiatives across the business
- Track awareness metrics, training completion and campaign effectiveness data
Your skills and experience:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging and audience-appropriate cyber security content
- Experience supporting cyber awareness, training, communications or behaviour change initiatives within a business environment
- Good understanding of common cyber security risks and topics such as phishing, password security, social engineering, data protection and secure remote working
- Ability to translate technical security concepts into practical guidance for non-technical audiences
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines and priorities with attention to detail
