The Role
This is an exciting time of growth for us, and we are hiring an Operational Account Manager to help us continue this success. This is a great opportunity to develop a varied and rewarding career with a company that invests in, recognises and rewards its people.
You’ll be responsible for developing and managing relationships with partners to support in the day to day running of their business with us. You’ll support Account Managers in the operational running of day to day activities and take ownership for ensuring all requests are actioned and followed through to completion.
You will also:
- Ensure new and existing facilities are set up correctly, run smoothly and deliver the required service
- Collaborate with teams across the business for reporting, partner training and completion of partner requests
- Take ownership of partner relationships, acting as operational support to key accounts and internal account managers
- Mentor Top Tier producers to utilise digital tools in managing their business, in partnership with the Partner L&D team
- Attend partner meetings, providing proactive support
- Oversee task triage and prioritise tasks within the team

To be successful as our Operational Account Manager, you’ll have a sales focus and the ability to develop and maintain relationships. You’ll be able to;
- Multitask and prioritise your workload to meet service delivery levels
- Own problems through to resolution, presenting solutions to deliver against requirements
- Understand operational processes and regulatory requirements
- Demonstrate high levels of attention to detail and produce accurate work
- Manage a volume of request from a demanding customer base
If you have experience within an insurance or financial services background, this would be beneficial.
