The Role
As the Business Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining data flows that support effective communication with our customers and users. You will also identify and document the needs and expectations of various stakeholders, and manage customer feedback and satisfaction levels.
- Implementing data flows for both internal and external communication.
- Identifying and documenting customers, users, and other interested parties, and managing customer relationships and satisfaction.
- Measuring customer satisfaction at planned intervals.
- Managing the escalation process, including handling complaints.
- Coordinating the production of regular reporting to senior managers, boards and committees
- Implementing a governance schedule and communicating regularly with senior managers to share the results of quality measures.
- Implementing a Customer Value Scorecard and supporting internal customer strategy from an IT perspective.
- Conducting regular service reviews with customers, reviewing feedback, and taking action as a result.
- Supporting the ongoing assessment of NIST-CSF and the Management System Framework
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Proactive in recommending and contributing to team discussions
- Knowledge of IT controls within a regulated environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to perform in an environment that emphasizes collaboration and teamwork.
- Able to work on own initiative whilst understanding the journey.
- Able to adapt and respond to changing corporate objectives as opportunities arise.
