Providing global claims solutions in over 75 countries, and being the UK’s largest provider, we need you to help us grow our legal services in both the national and international markets.

How you'll make an impact
- Opening and then dealing with claims using our bespoke case management system
- Conducting initial enquiries;
- Assessing liability and quantum in accordance with client service level agreements;
- Sending letters of claim and telephone/correspondence negotiation with third parties and third party insurers to achieve settlement in the quickest possible time;
- Refer claims for the issuing of court proceedings where required;
- Ensure full compliance with all office protocols client service level agreements;
- Achieving on all own handled claims 100% data integrity compliance using our bespoke case management system;
- Full compliance with all financial transactions/Solicitors Accounts Rules;
- Maximise fee earning opportunities without prejudicing client recoveries.
