Are you looking to start career in finance within the dynamic work of insurance? We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Treasury Accountant Apprentice to join our team in Cheltenham!
Amwins Global Risks will support you to achieve professional qualifications with the Association of Accounting Technicians to become AAT qualified via the fully supported level 3 apprenticeship route.
The role:
- Prepare journals and help create monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Help prepare paperwork needed for investment and foreign exchange transactions
- Support the invoice raising and cashbook completion process each day
- Prepare cashflow forecast
- Run ad-hoc reports for the management team including helping prepare PowerPoint presentations.
- Help prepare annual financial statements
- Any other ad-hoc accounting requests from management to support timely and high-quality financial reporting.
