Kennedys is looking for a Litigation Assistant to work on complex liability and injury matters mostly within employers and public liability. The successful candidate will handle a range of claims and be able to assist to a high level on larger claims. Ideally a working knowledge of coverage is required.
Team
Our national practice services personal injury claims from seven office locations across the UK. The Birmingham team is a major force in the local market and is ranked in the top tier for defendant personal injury by the legal directories. We act on complex and high-profile cases, led by experienced Partners recognized as market leaders in this sector. We are often instructed on UK cases requiring cross-border quantum investigations via our international offices.
We avoid unnecessary lawyering and are focused on working in partnership with our clients and delivering modern solutions, including our in-house R&D capability and award-winning product suite of technological and process innovations.

Required experience
- 1 – 2 years EL/PL experience*
- Defendant litigation experience
- Litigation experience of assisting up to high multi-track defence work (Not essential)
