Kennedys is looking for a Process Improvement Analyst to join our Transformation team based in Manchester. The successful candidate will work as part of the wider transformation team in driving the delivery of a portfolio of lawyer focussed internal initiatives and projects around process improvement and efficiencies across a matter lifecycle. This will be achieved through a number of workshops and wider business engagement to allow us to have a clear view of what happens today, and identify improvements.
Team
The Practice Improvement team are responsible for engaging closely with our lawyers, globally, to understand their drivers for change and be their voice at the table when it comes to delivering change at the firm.
Process engineering forms part of the Practice Improvement service and works closely with Legal teams and Business Services to fully document Kennedys processes for legal delivery and support. We are then able to analyse the time/cost, and look for efficiencies in how we work.
Key responsibilities
- Design and document optimised business processes that align with organisational goals
- Engagement and collaboration with senior stakeholders
- Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
- Be the subject matter expert for lawyers to align Lean thinking process design
- Identify RPA work initiatives to build effective processes through the legal lifecycle.
Required experience
- Successfully delivering complex transformation or change projects in a law firm
- Process Redesign & Adoption
- Understanding of UML (Unified Modelling Language)
- Lean Six Sigma minimum Green ideally Black Belt (trained).
