On the Data and Analytics programme no two days will be the same. You'll use data and a range of the latest technologies to help solve business challenges and proactively identify areas of opportunity. Driving innovation and business change through intelligent use of data is critical to our future success.
What can I look forward to?
This two-and-a-half-year programme consists of several rotations across our Chief Data Office, where you'll be supported by industry experts across Data Science, Data Engineering and Visualisation & Insights. The programme will enable you to develop into a future data and analytics expert, you will learn a range of skills from building new data pipelines, analysing data and using storytelling to present Insights back to our business, through to building machine learning models and artificial intelligence processes. This is an opportunity to help us shape the future of our organisation using data to power decision making.
As well as in house training, by the end of the graduate programme you will achieve an industry recognised qualification too, a Masters in Applied Data Analytics. The degree will consistent of a several modules including computer programming, statistics and machine learning. You will be able to take this learning and apply it to deliver long lasting business and customer outcomes.
You'll also learn from extremely talented and knowledgeable colleagues across the different rotations and have access to the existing data and analytics graduate cohort.

What you’ll need:
- We are looking for people who are good with numbers and are passionate about the opportunities that using data presents and can demonstrate intellectual curiosity.
- You will be able to work independently and as part of a team, have a passion for coding, problem solving, and are comfortable presenting insights back to business stakeholders.
- Although we are a hybrid workforce, you should be within a commutable distance to the office workplace stated in this advert
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build strong working relationships
Entry Requirements:
- You must have recently achieved (within the last three years) or on track to achieve a 2.1 (or above) from your bachelors or equivalent degree.
- You must have achieved at least 112 UCAS point (BBC) or above from your A-Levels (Or equivalent).
- A minimum C/4 grade in both English & Maths at GCSE level (or equivalent).
- You must have an indefinite, full right to work and reside in the UK. We cannot accept applications from those who require sponsorship to work in the UK. You must have resided in the UK for a minimum of three consecutive years.
