What the day will look like
- Lead the Aon relationship for one of Aon’s largest global captive management appointments and assume responsibility for strategic advice, client service delivery and excellence.
- Identify service requirements and manage the client service team to ensure service meets agreed standards.
- Deal with insurance renewals and underwrite new insurance covers as required.
- Ensure that your clients’ priorities, objectives, and any other requirements have been met.
- Deliver best practice and strategic innovation.
- Support the development and implementation of Aon’s own strategic objectives.
- Actively seek out existing and new growth opportunities.
- Develop a detailed understanding of the Captive insurance industry; and
- Instil a culture of teamwork, effective communications, and professionalism.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Be a client-focused professional with excellent communication and client leadership skills.
- Be from either the insurance, actuarial, or accounting sectors.
- Be professionally qualified; CII, ACII, or equivalent
- Be willing to travel to the UK, Isle of Man, and, on occasions, internationally to represent Aon in various client meetings.
- Have proven experience in proactively leading client engagements and associated projects; and
- Possess a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
