Role: Receptionist

Job Purpose:
To provide a professional customer focused Reception and Telephonist service to MDIS companies ensuring efficiency and understanding at all times, when dealing with callers at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- To deliver the best possible customer service when dealing with existing or potential customers
- Ensure telephone callers receive prompt, courteous and professional attention and that messages are taken when required and passed on in a timely manner
- Greet personal callers promptly, courteously and deal with their enquiries in an efficient and effective manner, calling upon other staff as appropriate and ensuring visitors sign ‘visitors’ book upon arrival and departure
- Provide refreshment to visitors on arrival and as required
- Forward recorded messages from emails and direct to relevant colleagues
- Monitor stationery levels and generate orders were required.
- Maintain a semblance of order in the stock room
- General office duties, as required
- Log and distribute all incoming post to relevant departments
- To manage daily outgoing post by collecting, franking and recording for special delivery on day of receipt.

Key Skills and Experience:
- Excellent knowledge, understanding and experience of Customer Services
- Good verbal and written Communication skills
- High level of interpersonal skills, with an ability to deal with people at all levels
- Demonstrable ability to use own initiative and flexible in personal approach
- Undertake any other duties as reasonably required.
