A bit about the job:

As Service Management Lead for Group Functions, you’ll make sure our services run smoothly and reliably.

You’ll lead a growing team, working closely with senior stakeholders across the business to manage service performance, drive improvements, and embed a culture of operational excellence.

You’ll also help shape how we adopt Site Reliability Engineering principles—using automation and data to boost efficiency and resilience.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

Experience delivering Service Management and Site Reliability Engineering practices
Strong organisation and planning skills
Self-motivated, with the ability to prioritise and adapt to changing demands
Skilled communicator—flexible in style and able to respond to different situations
Confident challenging and influencing stakeholders at all levels

Salary Circa £80,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
