Overview

Are you someone who is looking to embark on your career in an office environment with a company who encourages growth and progression?

You’ll be known internally as a Claims Administrator where you’ll provide administration support to the claims handling teams.

Our offices are open between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. You’ll work 37.5 hours between those times.

To support your career progression, we’ll also contribute financially for you to gain your Chartered Institute of Insurance (CII) or a professional legal qualification!

How you'll make an impact

You’ll be responsible for setting up claims on the system and communicating with third parties and third-party insurers to gather information.

Making telephone calls to clients, third parties and third-party insurers
Opening claims on the case management system and conducting initial enquiries
Work within and support the team to achieve and maintain full compliance with office protocols, service level agreements and key performance indicators

You’re an organised individual who can balance and prioritise their workload
You can communicate clearly through email and phone correspondence
You work well independently and as part of a team
You have attention to detail and can focus on tasks in a fast-paced environment
