Join our team as an Early Careers Learning and Development Lead and embark on a journey to shape the future of talent development on a global scale. This is your opportunity to be at the heart of crafting and directing cutting-edge training and staff development programmes that will leave a lasting imprint on our organisation. In this role, you'll collaborate with managers and supervisors to identify and address training needs, ensuring our workforce remains ahead of the curve.

How you'll make an impact

In this role, you’ll lead the strategy and delivery of our Early Careers programmes, ensuring they meet both local and global needs. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to design engaging learning experiences, adapt global content for local delivery, and ensure compliance with regional requirements. By managing partnerships, tracking business insights, and aligning with our career framework, you’ll help us build a diverse and sustainable talent pipeline. Your work will directly contribute to the retention and development of critical capabilities within Gallagher Re.

You’ll also:

Collaborate with HR and L&D teams to align strategies and understand business needs.
Partner with Inclusion & Diversity teams to ensure inclusive hiring processes.
Lead the marketing and communication strategy for Early Careers programmes, including managing internal and external promotions.
Measure success through ROI, colleague engagement, and workforce data.

About You

Extensive experience in a Learning and Development Lead role is crucial.
Expertise in Early Careers is preferred.
Capability to lead the Early Careers portfolio and make strategic decisions.
Strong organisational and planning skills.
Proficient in collaboration and relationship management.
Solid business acumen and understanding of learning processes.
