How you'll make an impact

.As a Graduate Catastrophe Analyst, you will be immersed in all aspects of front-line modelling work for our insurance clients from early in your career, including:

Analysis and report preparation for client meetings and pitches
Data auditing & cleansing
Learning and utilizing catastrophe modelling software
Operation of financial modelling software and interpretation of model outputs
Real-time reporting and analysis of natural disasters and supporting client’s post-event

You will also have the opportunity for:

Domestic or global travel, as required
Increasing opportunities for client interaction and responsibility as your experience and capabilities evolve
Support for industry qualifications

About You

Educational Requirements

Minimum 2:1 degree and 128 UCAS points (2017 UK tariff) including A-Level Maths/Economics grade A/B or engineering, hydrology, applied mathematics, natural sciences, geo-sciences or equivalent qualification.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

Demonstrated enthusiasm and keen interest in the fields of Insurance, Risk Management, and Reinsurance.
Proven ability to cultivate and maintain robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders across all organizational levels.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Effective and articulate communicator.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact well with diverse groups.

Start date for the UK, International & Specialty Programme will be September 2026.

The recruitment process will commence with telephone interviews, which are scheduled to take place during November and December 2025, followed by assessment centres that are planned to occur in early 2026 to ensure a thorough and comprehensive selection process.
