Head of Transformation

Location: Norwich, Bristol, Eastleigh, Sheffield, York or Perth

Salary: £100,000 - £125,000

Fixed Term Contract for 18 months - potential extension to 24 months

A bit about the job

As Head of Claims Transformation, you’ll lead the strategic evolution of our UKGI Claims function, ensuring alignment with Aviva’s long-term vision. This role exists to deliver enterprise-level change that transforms how we operate, leveraging advanced analytics and insight-led decision-making to create a data-driven, intelligence-led claims environment. You’ll join a dynamic senior leadership team within Claims, driving innovation, operational excellence and cultivating exceptional change professionals to deliver sustainable impact across the organisation.

Skills and experience we’re looking for

Proven ability to lead large-scale transformation programmes, within insurance or financial services.
Strong strategic leadership and change management expertise, with experience embedding customer-centric solutions.
Data and analytics fluency, including using insights and predictive modelling to inform decisions.
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels and build trusted relationships.
Commercial acumen and experience managing multi-million-pound budgets with robust governance and risk oversight.
