How you'll make an impact

As a Sales Associate at Gallagher UK, you’ll work closely with our Producers across the breadth of Gallagher’s services, gaining exposure to our market-leading Benefit and Talent propositions. This is an exciting opportunity to learn from an industry-leading sales team while supporting the end-to-end sales process and contributing to business growth.

You'll play a pivotal role in driving the prospect pipeline, supporting client engagement initiatives, and ensuring seamless execution of sales activities. From nurturing event participation to shadowing complex business development cycles, this role offers hands-on experience and insight into strategic sales operations.

You’ll be involved in:

• Assisting the People Experience Consulting team in identifying and nurturing longer-term, net-new business opportunities

• Liaising with clients and prospective clients to keep them informed about upcoming events, thought leadership content, and Gallagher’s full suite of capabilities

• Coordinating follow-up communications post-events and meetings to strengthen engagement and build trust

• Providing administrative and operational support throughout the end-to-end sales cycle, including proposal preparation, scheduling, and documentation

• Supporting the planning and execution of client-facing events, webinars, and campaigns designed to generate leads and enhance Gallagher’s market presence

• Collaborating with marketing teams to align sales initiatives with brand messaging
