Business Partner and Insight Consultant
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000

An exciting opportunity has arisen with the Commercial Data Insights team as a Business Partner and Insight Consultant aligning to the Global, Corporate & Specialty business.
A bit about the job:
We are excited to help the Global, Corporate and Specialty Business achieve their growth targets by recruiting an individual to
- Build and maintain strong relationships between the Data Insights team and the GCS business.
- Receive and interpret requirements from the GCS business for discussion with the wider Data Insights team on approach, resourcing and managing expectations
- Utilise business knowledge to offer additional insights to the business area.
- Support the uplifting of data literacy across the GCS business.
- Support the business in the utilisation and adoption of self-serve data and insight across GCS
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels with the ability to build strong relationships
- Exceptional planning, prioritisation and organisational skills with a strong work ethic
- Technical knowledge and capability relating to analysing, modelling, and interpreting data through tools such as Python, SQL, Qlik or Power BI
- Analytical mindset driving both proactive and reactive actionable insight aligned to strategic themes
- Relevant experience in a similar role or industry, experience of insurance or the financial industry is an asset

- Starting salary between £30,000 - £40,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
