We have an incredible opportunity to join us here at Phoenix Group as aSenior Creative Manager to join our Bid Management team within Workplace.
Job Type: Fixed Term Contract - 12 months
Location: This role is a hybrid role with home based working available. It can be based out of our Edinburgh or Bristol offices.

The role
This Senior Creative Manager role is a 12 month fixed term contract within the Standard Life Workplace business.
This is an opportunity to put your creative skills, dynamic pace and excellent project management skills in to action.
Collaborating with our talented wider Distribution teams you'll play a leading role in delivering compelling, innovative solutions and bid / sales collateral that bring our fantastic proposition and services to life.
You may have marketing, bid management, creative and / or graphic design experience, and you will thrive in a fast-paced environment, at the sharp end of the business.
You’ll enjoy the challenge of providing critical support to our Sales teams and aligned EBCs and Corporate Advisers, and you’ll play a key part in enabling the successful retention of existing clients and winning new Workplace schemes.
What are we looking for?
- Financial Services and Workplace/ Corporate Pensions experience required.
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) and a flair for creativity to shape and produce sales collateral.
- A skill for utilising tools, systems and tech successfully e.g Canva, PowerPoint, InDesign
- Strong people skills, ability to collaborate and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Experience of delivering improvement projects, managing multiple priorities and creating innovative solutions.
