In this role, you'll be at the forefront of managing and nurturing key broker and customer relationships, ensuring they receive a top-notch service while maximising growth opportunities across all Zurich business segments.

Key responsibilities:
- Broker Relationship Management: Cultivate and grow both new and existing broker relationships.
- Account Development: Manage broker accounts of varying sizes and complexities, ensuring their success.
- Sales and Performance: Independently drive your sales and business performance targets.
- Customer Needs: Identify and fulfil the needs of customers and intermediaries with our diverse product offerings.
- Market Penetration: Perform detailed evaluations of your broker panel to maximize penetration and profit.
- Professional Representation: Always represent Zurich with professionalism.
- Marketing and Campaigns: Execute marketing strategies, sales campaigns, and initiatives within the broker panel.
- Distribution Strategy: Deliver on distribution strategy objectives.
- Salesforce Management: Maintain and update pipeline opportunities using Salesforce.
- Broker Engagement: Educate and promote new initiatives to all brokers on your panel.
- Strategy Implementation: Implement Zurich's distribution strategy and objectives through your allocated brokers.
- Market Intelligence: Gather and relay market intelligence and activity.
- Presentations and Training: Conduct presentations and sales training on our proposition and new product launches.
Your skills and experience:
- Professional Qualifications: ACII or working towards it.
- Sales Expertise: Strong knowledge of sales processes in the relevant market.
- Product Knowledge: Good product and technical knowledge.
- Sales Governance: Strong understanding of sales protocols and governance.
- Market Insight: Deep understanding of the UKGI market and its dynamics.
- Relationship Building: Excellent skills in building relationships with high-level customers and brokers.
- Global Experience: Experience with Global Brokers is a plus.
- Team Player: Ability to work well in a team.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Time Management: Strong time management skills.
- Management Skills: Proficiency in account, campaign, and people management.
