Win as a Team
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Compliance Advisory Manager to join our established and experienced Risk & Compliance team here on a hybrid basis for a 12 month FTC. Options for hybrid working locations include London, Bristol, Liverpool, Manchester & Glasgow.
You'll make an impact by:
As a key member of our team, you'll provide expert compliance guidance on regulatory matters and good practices. Your role involves offering advisory support and constructive challenge to the first line in critical decision-making processes affecting customer outcomes, aligning with Intact's regulatory obligations.
You'll participate in governance committees and internal forums, offering specialised insights to address regulatory compliance, customer outcomes, and conduct issues. Building and maintaining good stakeholder relationships across the business, you'll serve as a trusted escalation point for regulatory compliance and conduct risks.
Your skills and experience
We're seeking a compliance professional with prior experience in line 2 compliance roles, coupled with a good understanding of the commercial lines business within general insurance.
Your comprehensive knowledge of relevant legislation, regulatory requirements, and their practical application will be instrumental in your success. Additionally, a deep understanding of FCA priorities and conduct requirements is essential to excel in this role.
