Win as a team
This an exciting opportunity to join or Credit Control team based in Halifax
You’ll make an impact by:
- Managing a workload of Broker accounts, collecting premium to terms to minimise debt exposure & risk.
- Cash allocation & reconciliation of broker accounts to ensure accurate account & debt position.
- Dealing directly with internal and/or external customers to deliver high standard of customer service.
- Active identification and resolution of issues arising to maximise collection activity & accuracy of policy records.
- Planning & prioritising your daily activities to investigate financial transactions and identify and influence solutions to problems/barriers arising.
- Engaging with customers and colleagues to maintain open lines of communication, ensure mutual understanding and the prompt resolution of issues arising
Your skills and experience:
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to take ownership and work independently
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
- Good time management skills, with evidence of meeting deadlines
- Effective influencing and communication skills
- Demonstrate the ability to prioritise workloads and manage competing demands efficiently
