With continued growth and expansion of the Company, we are looking for a Senior Operations Analyst to support our growing team. The successful candidate will have deep understanding of Insurance invoicing & processing, Xchanging applications (IMR and ECF) and policy documents (MRCs, Premium Calculations, etc.).
The candidate will report to our Operations Lead and will work closely with our Broking teams in London, Europe, New York, Los Angeles and Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with Brokers, Clients and Insurers to create and maintain Invoices and Work Packages
- Ensure internal processes and controls are observed
- Support and drive the usage of proper tools and systems for Policy Management
Skills/Qualifications:
- Have a good understanding of Lloyd’s of London systems (ECF, IMR, etc.) and can work with them to submit complex or unique policies
- Understand London Market CRD, also knows how to ensure these details are reflected in the documentation
- Process Lloyd’s of London submissions against the agreed SLA and follow up when needed
- Manage submission and invce queries from internal and external teams in order to ensure an efficient payment processing
- Basic knowledge of insurance documents (e.g. MRC guidelines) and how they affect policies
- Basic understanding of taxes for placements
- Have a basic understanding of the financial documents (Credit and Debit Notes, LPANs, etc.) and transactions resulting from an insurance policy
- Good Excel skills
- Good understanding of other MS Office tools
- A real team player happy to get involved in multiple tasks
- Proactive and focused on the delivery of successful outcomes
- The ability to take ownership and be accountable for own deliverables
- Has a pragmatic approach when dealing with stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail
