Senior Associate – Employers' Liability, Public Liability & Fraud
Kennedys is seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join our team, handling a varied caseload of complex Employers' Liability, Public Liability and suspected fraudulent claims. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Solicitor or CILEX professional to work across high-value defendant personal injury and counter-fraud matters.
The successful candidate will manage their own caseload of complex pre-litigation and litigated matters, including high multi-track claims, while providing strategic support on larger and more complex cases. The role will involve investigating claims, analysing complex evidence, identifying potential fraud indicators and developing effective litigation and defence strategies.
You will work closely with clients, insurers, experts and other stakeholders, providing practical and commercially focused advice. As a Senior Associate, you will also play an important role in developing and maintaining strong client relationships and supporting the wider team.
Team
Our national personal injury practice handles a broad range of complex and high-profile claims across the UK, led by experienced Partners recognised as market leaders in defendant personal injury.
