Senior Project Manager
Salary circa £65,000
Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager with a track record implementing change? Do you want to be part of a team responsible for delivering a range of innovative and transformational programmes and projects across UK Insurance Wealth Retirement (IWR) Finance? Do you enjoy working on fast moving projects with tough deadlines?
We are recruiting for a Senior Project Manager to mentor team members and constructively challenge stakeholders, to drive transformational change, and deliver positive outcomes for IWR Finance.
A bit about the job:
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for a budget of around £1-3 million. You will work with senior stakeholders to create the business case, develop a delivery plan, define deliverables and outcomes, agree milestones, and monitor progress, manage resources, budgets, and associated risks.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Experience in delivering change across a Finance function in line with agreed change management principles.
- A proven track record working in a Project Management role or equivalent.
- An ability to energise and motivate the project team to drive forward and deliver outcomes.
- A strong understanding of project management tools, processes, and best practices.
- Experience reporting to senior leaders at director level and above.

- Salary circa £65,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
