Sales Complaints Investigator

A bit about the job:
As a Sales Complaints Investigator, you’ll be responsible for resolving sales-related complaints for our UK Life and Health (UKLH) products. Your role will involve investigating issues, communicating directly with customers and financial advisers, and ensuring that all complaints are handled in line with our policies and FCA DISP regulations. You’ll manage your caseload independently, working to resolve complaints in a timely manner and collaborating with different business areas to remove any barriers to resolution. Your ability to navigate complex situations and deliver clear, customer-focused outcomes will be key to your success.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt your approach based on customer needs.
- Excellent investigative skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to translate findings into actionable improvements.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle a variety of complaint types and adjust to changing processes and team dynamics.
- Knowledge in sales and financial services is a plus.
- Confidence in building relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders, coupled with a persistent drive to get the answers needed.
What you’ll get for this role:
- Salary – Circa £30,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
- Bonus opportunity - 8% of annual salary, actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s
