Our Digital Deployment Team support Zurich and our customers to make the best use of our systems and ensure that our systems are supported and enhanced to maintain our Five-star rating.
What will you be doing?
Your primary role will be to facilitate the successful execution of the retail digital strategy, helping to align Retail’s business processes and delivering benefits through our Digital Deployment Team. The Digital Product Specialist should be able to help stakeholders formulate a route from where the business is today, to where it needs to be in the future.
You will be required to analyse, transform and ultimately resolve business problems with the help of technology. There will be a requirement to assess the suitability of current information systems in terms of their intended outcomes and play a key role in the implementation on new Information Systems.
This role will involve strong stakeholder engagement and an ability to extract information from business users and developers. You will provide challenge based on your system know how, not taking the path of least resistance where you feel that there is opportunity to make the solution better.
You will be surrounded by a team of experts who support each other to get to the right outcome first time! You will work closely with every member of the team, offering support to ensure requirements address business needs and are supplier ready, making sure our system specifications are correct while supporting testing and operations on any queries they have throughout the change lifecycle.
The successful candidate, subject to funding availability and requirements, will be given the opportunity to achieve a Level 4 Business Analyst qualification through completing an apprenticeship alongside their role.
