How you'll make an impact

Primarily manage renewal business with occasional new business opportunities. Handle rating and adjustment inquiries, and address claims cover requests while adhering to our service standards.
Achieve targets across key metrics, including maintaining a healthy renewal retention rate.
Engage with brokers during renewal negotiations, always seeking opportunities to promote our product range.
Collaborate with our accounts team to resolve any financial queries.
Utilise your analytical skills to provide statistics on complex cases.
Detect and assess both 'standard' and 'non-standard' risks.

About You

Technical Knowledge:

Expertise in Property, Casualty, and Liability insurance products.

Experience and Skills:

Working towards or aware of CII/Dip CII qualification
Strong understanding of general insurance, legal principles, and practices, particularly in the London Market/Lloyd’s.
Experience in underwriting and servicing accounts, with the ability to handle claim queries effectively.
Proficient in extracting and synthesizing information from diverse sources, with a focus on client renewals and business opportunities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of numeracy and literacy.
Analytical and problem-solving mindset, coupled with initiative and dedication.
Motivated, ambitious, and compassionate, fitting seamlessly into our team and delivering first-class service to clients.
