iCAN

iCAN is the Insurance Cultural Awareness Network. We are the first UK industry-wide independent, not-for-profit network that supports multicultural inclusion and career development across the insurance sector.

Our goal is to promote multicultural awareness and drive engagement within the insurance industry to help the sector employ the best and brightest people from all walks of life and backgrounds and to promote a culture of inclusion.

We do this through running various initiatives across the industry in relation to recruitment, talent retention, mentoring, employee networks and more.
