Pension and Investment Administrator
- Starting Salary: £24,200 – £27,300 (depending on hours, location, skills, and experience)
- Enhanced Salary: Up to £31,200 for a 40-hour contract
Location & Working Arrangements
- Location: Maxim Park @ Euro Central (Hybrid)
- Office Requirement: Minimum of 2 days per week in the Maxim Park office.
- Flexible Working: Aviva offers smart-working with a mix of office and home-based work. Applicants should be within an hour’s commute of Maxim Park.
Overview
We’re seeking a Pension and Investment Administrator to join our Platform team, providing administrative support across Pension, ISA, and Investment Portfolio products. This role offers exposure to HMRC and FCA regulations and provides opportunities for professional growth in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role
As a Pension and Investment Administrator, you’ll:
- Process customer and IFA requests via post, email, phone, and reports.
- Handle administrative tasks and take phone calls after gaining processing knowledge.
- Ensure service levels are met while adhering to regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer requests with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Manage your own workload effectively and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Use Microsoft applications such as Excel and OneNote to support daily tasks.
Skills & Experience Required
- Administrative or customer service experience, ideally in financial services.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage high volumes of tasks.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications.
- Process-driven with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
