Company Secretarial Support
We are currently looking for a Company Secretarial Support (FTC) to be based in London or Manchester on a fixed term contract (21 months), reporting into the Portfolio Manager for Volume Lines
Responsibilities:
Corporate governance
Responsible for company secretarial support to the MRDP/JLP governance structure.
Meeting operation
Responsible to ensure the smooth operation of the Boards, Board Committees and sub-committees, including:
- meeting planning, logistics, and agenda setting;
- paper compilation, review for governance purposes and distribution; and
- attendance at relevant meetings for minuting.
- Support in the arranging of regulatory meetings requested by Lloyd’s, FCA, PRA and other regulators as appropriate.
Other
- Help drive forward good Conduct for the business to deliver the best outcomes for customers / policyholders.
- To undertake any ad-hoc activities and help out with other MRSG Group entity company secretarial matters as and when required.
