Are you ready to make a significant impact in the world of IT Service Continuity and Resilience Management? We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Service Resilience Analyst to play a key role in defining, designing, monitoring, and delivering robust continuity solutions.
Reporting into the UK Service Resilience Manager, you’ll provide assurance to our executives, shareholders, and financial services agencies that our continuity provisions are not just adequate but exemplary, ensuring we’re prepared to recover swiftly from any major incident or disaster.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the implementation of an IT Service Continuity Management framework through the development and delivery of a policy and road map aligned to business requirements
- Assisting the Service Resilience Manager in executing Disaster Recovery (DR) test activities by engaging with IT stakeholders, AXA Group Operations, and key third-party vendors to ensure effective IT Service Continuity
- Managing project teams and resources
- Defining scope and objectives while ensuring alignment with audit requirements and providing governance reports to the Executive Team
- Aiding the Service Resilience Manager define and implement an annual end to end DR testing programme for Core IT and strategic Cloud Services
- Supporting the Service Resilience Manager in respect of wider IT Service Continuity Management programme and initiatives
- Assisting the Service Resilience Manager in all internal and external audit/control requirements, delivering on time any remediation action plans
- Developing best practice and procedures to enable recommendation through to AXA Global Service Continuity Standards

What you’ll bring:
- IT Service Continuity experience (service resilience, service continuity, disaster recovery) with a track record of delivery of large-scale projects
- Experience of project lifecycle with project management skills
- Good understanding of MS Azure and Amazon Web Services Platforms
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Understandings of the workings of relevant UK financial services organisations
- Ability to assimilate information quickly, clearly identifying key issues and present information concisely
- Ability to develop and maintain a wide network both internally and with third party suppliers and vendors
