Are you an Account Manager with experience within Binding Authorities?
We are excited to be recruiting for our Cyber team in London!
Within this role you will look after a portfolio of clients, provide expert guidance to Producers and Brokers and drive the development of innovative reinsurance solutions.

How you'll make an impact
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve client business and reinsurance programs, focusing on binding authorities, delegated authority, consortium agreements as well as proportional and non-proportional treaties.
- Own the delivery of pre and post-placement services, ensuring alignment with contract terms and exceeding client expectations.
- Champion and maintain executive-level relationships with clients and markets, providing strategic insights and solutions tailored to all types of Cyber business.
- Coordinate sophisticated query resolution and ensure effective management of client instructions.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes, policies, procedures, and external regulatory requirements.
- Act as the main contact for senior collaborators, including clients, brokers, local offices, markets, and management.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of market security information on carriers, checking compliance and financial positions.
- Lead the creation and strategic updating of marketing sheets for the Broking Team.
- Direct the production of comprehensive data and information packs to support strategic client placements.
- Collaborate with Compliance/Sanctions and Legal Teams on sophisticated sanctions checks and contract reviews.
- Lead all aspects of the creation of slips/endorsements and handle the coordination of legal documentation during contract renewals.
- Drive collaboration with divisional teams, including actuarial and broking units, to develop innovative solutions in binding authorities, quota share, and excess of loss.
- Lead the preparation of tender/renewal presentations and strategic information generation for these specialised agreements.
- Ensure strategic financial oversight and accurate payment processes.
- Develop Compliance Review Packs for auditing, ensuring adherence to standard processes in these areas.
About You
- Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, both written and oral.
- Strong mathematics and accounting skills, with strategic application.
- Extensive experience in leading client service and delivering compliance standards in these specialised areas.
- In-depth knowledge of Binding Authorities, Delegated Authority, Consortium Agreements with strategic product experience.
- Shown experience in drafting complex wordings and endorsements specific to these reinsurance solutions.
