Data & Strategy Analyst, Workforce Health & Wellbeing
London Hybrid
Join Aon’s Health business as a Wellbeing Data & Strategy Analyst—bringing curiosity, structure and strong analytical thinking to work that helps organisations improve health and wellbeing at scale.
You’ll split your time between managing Reflection, our neurotechnology tool that helps clients understand employees’ authentic thoughts and feelings beyond traditional survey data, and supporting strategic consulting projects—turning insight into clear recommendations and practical action.
If you’re excited by the intersection of data, psychology/neuroscience and consulting—and want to make a measurable impact on workplace wellbeing—we’d love to hear from you.
