DACB's Health, Care and Public Law Team provides legal advice and training to a wide range of organisations operating in the health and social care sector, including NHS Trusts, independent sector providers, charities, commissioners and investors.

We currently have an opportunity for a paralegal to join our team, with particular focus on working with our regulatory lawyers in delivery of advice and training to clients.
The Team plays an important role in DACB's broader Health practice, which is widely recognised as the leading strategic, commercial and regulatory legal adviser to the health and social care sector in the UK.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting the local team and the national Health, Care and Public Law Team, your day to day responsibilities will include:
- Administration and management of a comprehensive technical mental health law training programme delivered to clients from a range of health and social care providers;
- Assisting in the organisation of internal and external events, seminars, conferences and training sessions;
- Document collation and management, particularly in relation to complex regulatory investigation and enforcement proceedings and due diligence projects, including use of electronic document management systems to support with data sharing and data rooms, bundling, indexing and redaction;
- Attending meetings with team members to assist and take notes;
- Supporting administrative tasks (including financial administration and billing) as required
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Knowledge, relevant experience or a keen interest in the Health sector is an advantage.
