What you’ll be doing
In joining their motivated and dedicated Legal, Regulatory & Compliance teams in this pivotal role as Senior Compliance Analyst, helping Brit to provide solutions collaboratively, cooperatively and creatively, you’ll enjoy wide exposure across the business liaising with the Compliance Manager and stakeholders on any issues identified and producing monthly reporting.
You’ll already have experience working within insurance sector (Brit would love to see some Lloyd’s market experience) in a legal/compliance role with a thorough understanding of FCA and PRA legal and international insurance compliance issues including financial crime and licensing.
Crucial to the role are your strong time management, prioritisation and organisational skills. These will come into play when providing up-to-date guidance to underwriters to ensure business is written in accordance with Lloyd’s domestic and international licensing arrangements. You’ll also be involved in making recommendations for improvements to internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements as well as deciding on domestic/international licensing and financial / trade sanctions issues.
