This role will be responsible for bridging the gap between business objectives and technological solutions. The BA is a key component of the Operations & Change team supporting the delivery of strategic projects within the change roadmap, initiating, implementing change and process simplification and improvements, working with multi- functional teams across the Direct division and the wider business and with third party system providers. - Solution Design: Partner with IT teams to design solutions that meet business requirements. This involves developing use cases, workflow diagrams, and functional requirements
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Coordinate and manage the UAT process to ensure the solutions meet predefined requirements. Develop test plans, test cases, and facilitate testing sessions with end-users
- Project Management Support: Assist project managers with planning, coordination, and execution of IT projects. This includes project scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between business units and IT teams, ensuring clear and consistent communication to keep all collaborators informed about project progress and changes
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues during project implementation. This involves risk management, solve technical problems and devising alternative solutions.
- Process Improvement: Analyse existing business processes to identify areas for improvement. Recommend and implement changes to enhance performance and efficiency. Capability to identify and uncover improvement opportunities or gaps within workstreams from a BAU perspective
