We are currently recruiting for an Operations Manager – Test CoE to join our established and experienced Chief Information Office team here at RSA on a hybrid basis.
Your Role:
As the Operations Manager you will be responsible for optimising people, processes, controls and measures in order to amplify the CoE and platform teams value and impact at scale. You will help shape and drive the team culture as well as ensure optimum efficiency and excellence across the board.
You will establish and support key metrics (OKRs/KPIs) across the SDLC. You will track and support supply and demand across the CoE. While also implementing required changes to ensure optimum efficiency and continuous improvement. You will identify team needs and evaluate new techniques/methods/software/plugins.
You will manage the augmentation model to scale platform teams as required, gathering requirement from the CoE Leads and liaising directly with 3rd party suppliers to streamline the augmentation process.
About You:
To be successful in this role you will be curious and practical with good problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically. You will have a passion for planning, monitoring, organising and efficiency. You will also have great attention to detail and a willingness to dig in and drive change.
You will have good communication and stakeholder management skills. You will the ability to work as part of a team but also work independently when required. You will have experience working in product/platform focused environments.
