Overview

Are you ready to start your career in Costs Drafting?

Join our team at Gallagher Bassett in Tamworth, where you’ll play a key role in ensuring we deliver excellent service to our clients.

In this role you’ll draft bills of costs, schedules, and statements, and assist with costs budgets and negotiations. You’ll also help document procedures and maintain strong client relationships.

You’ll work with a supportive team, gain hands-on experience, and make a real difference in the world of costs litigation.

How you'll make an impact

In this role, you’ll work closely with the Head of Costs and other team members to manage a variety of costs cases.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Preparing initial Points of Dispute under supervision.
Working on Fixed Recoverable Costs matters.
Supporting negotiations by assessing offers and preparing documentation.
Participating in ongoing learning about costs litigation processes.

About You

A keen eye for detail and an analytical mindset.
Confidence in working with documents and written communication.
Organisational skills and the ability to manage tasks effectively.
A collaborative and positive attitude.
An interest in litigation, legal processes, and technical specialist work.
